The 2nd flood bridge in the area of ​​the local connecting road between Pegau and Groitzsch was temporarily closed to motorised traffic due to massive bridge damage. The landmarked arch bridge made of clinker brickwork should in future only be free for pedestrians and bicycle traffic. The bypass road would in future only be allowed for car traffic up to 2.5 t and be designed for a maximum speed of 30 km / h. When planning the road, it had to be considered that in exceptional cases, the connecting road also has to be free for school bus traffic ...
