Sewer remediation of commercial premises and residential buildings in the core area of Munich, Pfeuferstraße

According to the drainage statute of the state capital Munich, the tightness and functionality of the existing land drainage systems has to be proven. In total, the cellar compartments of about 80 flats and 3 commercial units were affected. A renewal of the existing underground pipes did not make sense for economic reasons. Therefore, the connections of the existing downpipes were suspended and supplied via new manifolds in the basement to public sewers ...
